It's story-time! Inspired by my reflections in “Words are Frames—and the Word is the Ikon”, I’ve decided that the official first episode of the new arc of my podcast that I’ve been planning for some time, “WordPlay”, will be the story of my weirdest, most intertextual essay ever and how it and Postmodernism and my studies of literary critical theory helped me to see the ultimate Truth of Orthodox Christianity.

Note that, as I note in the opening of the video, I’m nowhere near done with the “World of Code” arc of my podcast yet—my intent is, in fact, to use these arcs as thematic organizers rather than the traditional podcast “seasons”: World of Code will be where I geek about about computers, technology, and coding, while WordPlay will be more about my obsession with words and stories and games. That being said, the next episode I have planned for the World of Code will be (barring unforeseen circumstances) about its effect on stories and games, so, as usual, these “frames” overlap…
